STATE-CERTIFIED ADSAC
ALCOHOL / DRUG ASSESSMENTS

Required for Drivers License Reinstatement / Court Ordered / D.A. Supervision. 
Cost - If the arrest occurred after November 1st, 2008 - the fee is $160.  Before November 1, 2008 - the fee is $175.  Assessment time is approximately 1½ - 2 hours.

 

WORK-RELATED REFERRALS FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENTS

Required by Employer. The fee is $160.00. Assessment time is approximately 1 - 2 hours.

 
 
 

SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENTS FOR SUPERVISED (PO) PROBATION / PAROLE

This Assessment is ordered by your Probation Officer and is NOT for Drivers’ License Reinstatement. A letter of recommendation will be sent to your Probation Officer. 

Please bring your P.O. name and fax number to your scheduled appointment. The fee is $75.00. Assessment time is approximately 1 - 2 hours.
